Before coming to WAGS:

Please ensure your dog has been given the opportunity to go to the toilet prior to grooming.

Please note if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late for an appointment than please contact me straight away. Failure to do so without notification may result in you losing your appointment time.

Due to high amounts of bookings, please would you kindly inform me 1day prior to your appointment.

Free Consultation:

If you feel unsure about having your dog groomed or how you want him/her groomed, then please contact me for a free consultation. I am happy for you to come meet me, see where I work and to discuss your grooming requirements or any concerns you may have.

If you have a puppy that will need grooming, then I can spend 10 minutes getting your puppy used to a new enviroment, being on the table and hearing our equipment running. I also give your puppy plently of cuddles to calm his/her nerves so that when the grooming service begins your puppy will not be stressed or scared.

Elderly Dogs:

The grooming of eldery dog is undertaken intially at the owners risk.

Health Issues:

Please advise me if your dog has any health issues, i.e - Joint pain/problems, illness or skin problems as this will be useful information to know while grooming your dog.

Please insure your dog is fully updated with his/her flea & worming treatments. Fleas on any dog that comes into WAGS causes a lot of additional cleaning, aswell as the use of chemicals to kill them, and for this reason I will charge an additional £10 per dog for the application of a flea shampoo and the use of flea spray within my shop.
